Red Velvet Cup Cakes (3 Layer Cake)
Mix together well:
1 1/2 c of sugar (2)
2 /12 c AP flour (2)
3 tsp cocoa (4)
1 tsp salt (1 1/2)
1 tsp baking powder (1 1/2)
Add:
1 1/2 c cooking oil (2)
1 tsp vanilla (1 1/2)
1 c buttermilk (1 1/2)
1 oz red food coloring
1 tsp white vinegar (1 1/2)
Add on at a time:
2 large eggs (3)
Cook on 350 for 22 minutes (25)
Makes 36 cupcakes
Icing:
Softened Cream Cheese
Softened Butter
Box of 10X sugar
tsp vanilla
Mix together for 2-4 minutes
