11oz of Cream Cheese
2 sticks of salted butter
1lb powdered sugar
1 pkg of German Chocolate
In a second mixing bowl reserve 2 1/2 cups of the cream cheese mixture for the icing.
To the first mixing bowl add:
1/4 cup of crisco
3 eggs room temperature
2 1/4 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
In second bowl of icing add:
1 lb powdered sugar
1/4 warm water
